Water Corp, Bulk Water Dispensing System
This high-tech water-dispensing machine processes
and analyzes water prior to dispensing it in 1, 2.5 and 5-gallon
containers. The system is designed for use in commercial grocery stores. |
 |
The system filters, oxygenates, ozonates, and analyzes water
with a computer based control system built into the unit.
During idle times, a multi-media presentation displays the
benefits of the clean water system. While dispensing water, the system
continuously monitors and displays
a real-time analysis of mineral content, oxygen concentration, ph and
flow rate.
A print out of all technical data and price is provided to
the customer at the end.
|
 |
Collapsible containers in 1 and 2.5 gallons are provided for
filling. Optional 5-gallon containers are available as well.
|
 |
Various industrial
grade filters strip all impurities in the water. Oxygen is then injected
into the water for health benefits and to increase shelf life. Ionized
water is also available for added purity.
A build-in modem automatically calls home for container re-fills and
filter change after pre-determined amount of water is dispensed.
|
 |
Microsoft Windows
based software is used for the user interface as well as the
communications, engineering, and calibrations screens.
|
 |
Independent, microprocessor-based data acquisition and
control boards communicate with the PC for engineering conversions,
calculations, and user display.
|
 |
Over a dozen of
sensors like this one measure pressure, flow rate, oxygen saturation, pH
and conductivity to provide a complete picture of the water quality.
