Multi-Zone Hot Bonder

Our Multi-Zone Hot Bonder System is specifically designed to perform high-temperature cure operations required to bond composite, metal, or fiberglass repair materials. It can control almost any heating source including silicone rubber heaters, band heaters, cartridge heaters, infrared lamps, and quartz heaters.

Intuitive, graphical User Interface greatly simplifies cure creation, operation, logging and reporting while enhancing the cure monitor and presentation. 

Sophisticated software monitors all facets of cure performance. The Hot-Bonder will automatically alert the operator to any conditions affecting cure performance or safety.
